It has been a few weeks since I purchased the quest super once a day vitamins and minerals, so I now can review this item with confidence. The product arrived quickly and well packed. After a few weeks usage , I can see an improvement in my skin tone . My skin looks smoother and fresher. The reason for purchasing this item is that I have problems with my digestive system and do not as a rule utilise fully the the foods that I eat. I find that these tablets do ensure that I here a healthier life as the tablets do actually work for me . So I will be buying these again. I am hoping that as time goes on , my body will become stronger and healthier and I am confident that these once a day multi mineral and vitamins will assist me and my goal to be as healthy as I can be. I swear by these. Best on the market.It has been a great help in boosting my immune system since my cancer diagnosis and is helping greatly aid my recovery. Energy levels are up and running. Turns your pee yellow but that is nothing to worry about... just the vitamins doing their work. I recommend to anyone who needs a great supplement.

I have been using these for years and had them in my repeat orders but sadly Amazon has removed them so will now need to purchase elsewhere. I think the amounts of each vitamin and mineral are about right for my lifestyle as I'm patchy eater but weight train + cardio 4 times/week to counterbalance a deskbound day job. I'm pretty sure my diet doesn't hack it in terms of providing a good balance of vits and minerals so I rely on Quest Super Once A Day as an insurance policy.

I'm quite amazed at the value of this amazon purchase! You get an incredible amount for your money here, Quest is a really great quality nutrition supplement company, and I have definitely noticed a difference (increase!) in energy levels after taking these for over a month, with no side-effects.The dosages are quite high for some of the B vitamins so you do probably pee some of them out - so don't be freaked out by the yellowness! ;)

I would not be without it. It helps the body to sustain for longer. I shall buy it again and again. Easy to swallow and noticeble when I have forgotten to take it.A verty good supplement.

Great product tried and tested, my go-to multivit, taste awful, as most do, but they are the best I've ever had. And, a decent price compared to some others. I have no reason to switch from these to any alternative.

These Vitamins are great and keep me going, you will certainly know if they are working when you miss a day or two of taking them as you feel more tired and fatigued plus they keep your immune system working hard
