This paddock stand is quality and well worth the money,easy to put together and has width adjustment to suit most bikes,Used the L brackets on my BMW F750GS as there is no where to fit bobbins,with the width set,offer the stand up to the swing arm on the lower side stand side,start to take the weight,which is easily done with one hand at the same time push the bike upright,push down and that’s it,it is genuinely easy to do,lifts the rear wheel enough to spin it,and not too high to make the bike unstable,to take off,just lift the stand from the floor and keep hold of it as the wheel is lowered and just make sure the bike goes onto the side stand,best bet is to leave it down,so you don’t forget about putting it down,and that’s it,thoroughly recommend this stand,as it seems robust and well made,and should last the lifetime of your bike easily.

First of all I had to return this item, but I will say that it is well made construction wise.It has 4 wheels that should make it more sturdy on a flat surface but unfortunately one of the wheels was higher than the other 3 and there was no way of lower that wheel with a few washers as the holding nut is in the actual frame so adding some washers wouldn't work.With it being uneven my (140kg) bike flipped off the stand, twice and it was a good job that I was straggling it at the time, otherwise my bike would have dropped to the floor. So like I said it is well constructed but look out for the problem I had.

Absolutely brilliant little thing! I'm only small and managed to get my bike on and clean the chain with ease! Wish I found it sooner. Definitely recommend

Brilliant - I needed a solution to a gear on a cycle that needed shifting by a client unused to using modern handlebar gear shifts.We used this great roller and in a matter of minutes the client was able to shift through the cassette gears without a problem.Money well spent and superfast delivery.

Well made but I don’t find it easy to use

Could be my bike is too light for this to work well but it either just pushes the bike to one side, doesn't raise it enough for the tue to clear the floor or is at an angle that's very hard to push locked. The rubber grip provided doesn't work well on tarmac or the bottom of the swing arm, so while it's undoubtedly well made, it just doesn't work.

I bought this for when oiling my bike chain & cassette as on my bike, rotating the pedals backwards doesn't turn my wheel, cassette & chain. I haven't got a maintenance stand as yet & thought this might do the trick by rotating it forwards. It does the job but it's better for motorbikes that don't have a centre stand as they are heavier. As mountain bikes are too light in comparison it takes a bit of faffing with. Does the job but I'll probably look for a maintenance stand.
