I recently purchased this pellet grill rebuild kit and couldn’t be more impressed. Everything came well-packaged and clearly labeled, which made the rebuild process smooth from start to finish. The components—especially the auger motor, hot rod, and fan—felt like high-quality replacements, not cheap knockoffs. Installation was straightforward, and the fit was spot on with my existing grill. After the rebuild, my pellet smoker is running like it did when it was brand new—maybe even better. Temperature control is tighter, startup is faster, and smoke output is right where I want it. If your grill is acting up or getting sluggish, this kit will absolutely bring it back to life. Solid product, great value, and it shipped fast. Highly recommend.

Got my pllet smoker up and running after it would blow fuses. Install time was about an hour. Motor is so much quieter than the original. Z-Grills are trash but I'm not ready to buy a real pellet smoker just yet.

Works good, easy install. Did have to readjust fan motor bracket but, mechanic.

The auger didnt work immediately. Watched a youtube and loosened a bolt. Then it worked. A little loud

I’m smoking meat like a pro again

I had contemplated getting a new smoker, when my Traeger smoker stopped working. The auger motor died, and everything was old and on the verge of not working. I read about this company’s product and decided to pull the trigger. You need to partially disassemble your smoker, that can take hours to get to all the parts and clean your smoker. The fire pot was the hardest part to insert, but ultimately I was able to insert the new part after determining the proper way to rotate the pot to install, before trying to insert the screws. The wires were all labeled well and I was able to get all parts installed correctly. After a deep cleaning and degreasing, my Traeger now looks close to new. The temperature probe now works well, and gives accurate reading. I just smoked a turkey for Thanksgiving on my rebuilt smoker. This kit saved me from spending >$1,000 to replace my smoker, and now with the more powerful motor my smoker works works even better.

Only complaint: should have installation instructions. Everything went together well. But had to disassemble twice then reassemble before complete. Would have saved time with instructions.

The quality on this was amazing. It came with more piece than I expected and was very easy to replace my old parts with.
