Habistat Heat Mat, 12 Watt, 11 x 11-inch

I bought to heat my jumping spider terrariums. Works really well with the habistat thermostat, and heats well all over (no extra hot or cold spots, heats very evenly). Really great heat mat.

I ordered this for a compact vivarium, it was nicely sealed and accurately sized. It is a basic heat mat so will need to be connected to a reptile thermostat which is the only downside, but definitely meets my needs.

Keeps my millipedes lovely and warm. Really easy to set up. Just remember to buy electrical tape before they arrive.

Well made reliable heat mat. I have 3 of these and they work very well. However they don't create an ambient heat so will only heat your hot spot to its required temp, you may struggle to get a good gradient of heat inside a "Rub" that is placed in a cold room for example.

It stopped working after a week. What a load of junk this heated map is or was.

Great heat mat. I used it with an leopard gecko and he loved it! It has been fine and has not broken yet and it think it will last some more years. If you are going to buy this make sure you buy an thermostat. (If you don't have one it will burn your reptile because it gets hotter hotter and hotter) It is very cheap to run as well only a few pence a day! RECOMENDED
