Good level of erasure; the ability to sharpen the rubber to a point does mean you can be quite targeted. Arrived late like a lot of deliveries now when when paying extra with Prime.

… I was excited to see this thing in action. It arrived a day ahead of schedule, oh, thanks folks! It was beautifully packaged, and had a free little Faber Castell sticky label, thing in there - can’t complain! Unboxing: First Impressions: Slick! Very well honed tubing for a Pencil in this Class. The Brush: Beautifully soft bristles (a bit like my beard after a shampoo!) The Eraser: Top Quality, honestly. I want to thank everyone at Faber Castell for a truly magnificent experience. It’s not every day one get’s to have this sort of excitement. One of my friends videoed the whole thing and is talking about doing a script for a Documentary! Wow! It goes to show, no matter what the last 3 years have been like, creativity is alive!

Feel a bit mean, as it's not advertised for use on pastels - erases most of it anyhow! Well made, brush is brilliant, bit indelicate, but excellent value for money on strong paper and at erasing pencil. Recommend for basic/intermediate work.

It looks good, is coloured and designed differently to other pencils so is instantly locatable. It has a good sized effective brush on the end and it works! Works brilliantly with coloured pencil and dried watercolour - used with care - and the point, being capable of sharpening or shaping, allows that. Especially useful for non-activated watercolour pencil drawings. It’s also very affordable for what it is. Ideal in combination with the soft FC putty rubber which can also help pick up the eraser debris, rather than use the brush, to avoid contamination elsewhere on the paper.

This is a great pencil style eraser. I use it for sharpening up the edges of my art work. Slightly gritty but it doesn't dig through the paper if you apply it with a light hand. Also easy to sharpen to a small point for even more accurate removal of graphite or charcoal mistakes, and the brush doesn't smudge my work when using it to remove the bits.

Not quite the quality I expected from this pen. I liked the concept, that's why I ordered it. But the texture of the eraser is somehow weird. Also it only erases graphite pencil and india ink up to a certain degree, not entirely. I tried it on smooth paper and there the eraser residue was so small, that it couldn't be properly removed with the brush. Additionally I can't get it sharpened to a fine tip. I think I will still use it occasionally, but mainly the brush side (for the residue of regular erasers).

I had a very similar eraser years ago, and since moving I didnt bring it with me. I realised I was missing this tool, and I am now so happy to have it again! The hard composition of the eraser and the fact that I can sharpen it makes creating highlights or erasing small details so easy, and I highly recommend this type of eraser. I found it slightly annoying that two was the minimum order, but it saves me buying another one in a couple years I guess!

It erases pen ink, which most soft erasers do not. Very useful tool.

Its a little bit hard . But still useful while drawing hair stands.

Genau das was ich gebraucht habe

Gomme crayon Perfection, je trouve que le mot perfection est attribué un peu trop généreusement. Le plus de ce produit; livré dans un tube type éprouvette pour la protection, un esthétisme sans reproche (beige nacré estampillé Faber Castell, 21 cm et tube 22cm), et un prix imbattable. Le moins ; je trouve que la gomme et trop dure et pas adaptée à tous crayons, si on appuie de trop ou si l'on insiste cela ne retire pas tout et abîme le papier, je l'utilise pour le pinceau bien utile pour enlever les résidus d'un gommage, mais j'alterne avec une autre gomme selon les crayons. ceci dit, bon rapport qualité prix, le tube de protection permets de l'avoir dans son sac ou son bagage quand on veux et sans l'abîmer, ( le pinceau est de très bonne qualité et parfait pour son usage).
