Reading the reviews to determine the size helped alot and the one I got fit perfectly, there is room for adjustments especially removing the grill depending on the sort you're using it for. I bought another for my mate so we could spar and it has helped quite a bit. Appreciate th good work that went into these designs and materials!

I initially purchased this grill head guard for my partner, who was concerned about being hit in the face when sparring. The grill is removable, so as she gains confidence and her ability improves she will have options. Also the grill seems very strong and sturdy. The head guard itself has three velcro straps at the back to tighten onto the head, which enables a secure fitting on and around the head. There is also adequate padding on the top to protect from vertical strikes, ie elbows or kicks. With or without the grill there is also good protection for the chin and ears. Since my initial purchase I have brought 2 more for younger family members who also want to take up sparring.

Arrived in good time and is a well constructed item, the face guard can be easily removed and replaced [allowing to conform to club rules, and allowing extra protection during sparring sessions whilst training at home] my daughter finds it comfortable [which is amazing as she is pretty choosy!] I would recommend. Her training is for Tae Kwon do.

It was an amazing product by 3X. I love the purchase and it has a proper value quite budget friendly. But the product is very satisfactory and comfortable

Great piece of kit at a great price have used in sparring and head gear does its job.

Very Good Value for money, adjustable & very comfable to wear. I was quite surprised how light it was. The grid face guard is strong & detachable too. Interior is fabric so gets quite hot, rinse & hang to dry after use.

Ero un po in dubbio non conoscendo la marca. ma mi sono dovuto ricredere, la fattura e i materiali sono come i piu blasonati marchi , ma la scelta dei colori è ampia. e siamo riusciti ad avere un casco con i stessi nostri colori sociali. consigliatissimo
