I have been using these for my hot girl walks, along with activities around the house. Although my arms have been so sore, I feel like they have also been a lot for Tone for my wedding coming up. Very easy to use and great for the value. 1 pound doesn’t seem like a lot, but it is a lot adding to every day activity definitely worth it

Small -WILL NOT fit an average size wrist. May be difficult for some to fasten. Cheaper, better options available. Overall I would not recommend.

They may work fine for smaller size lady's wrists, but they don't even come close to fitting an average size female ankle. Daughter and I both tried, and neither of can use them as ankle weights - and neither of us have large ankles. Don't purchase if your wrist is the least bit large. Unfortunately, I missed the return window by 3 days. Very disappointing purchase.

Very hard to push the metal into the hole. Velcro would probably be better. Also too short for my ankle.Much better wrists.

These are so cute. They fit well and are very durable I bought because my old ones are pretty much done. They are the Velcro and I like that. These aren’t the only reason I took a star off the rating was because people with super small wrist cannot use these. I’m at the very last one, but they are very easy to use and the weight on them is perfect.

I loves these when I go for my 45 min walks definitely works out your arms. Toned my arms the giggle is no longer a self conscious thing. The color is cute the only thing I didn’t like it Velcro it was a little bit of a struggle putting them on the first couple times.
