So far I love everything about my new heating pad. 💆‍♀️🤤 It fits around my neck perfectly. I use the second snap. After all I read here about the neck being too tight, I am pleased to say that I have room to spare around my neck and shoulders. I worried because I'm 5'3", 230 lb. I am very sensitive about anything tight around my neck. I get claustrophobic. My neck measures @15". I'm happy to say, this heating pad has not caused me to panic in the least. This is pure luxury. My neck and shoulders have been up around my ears with tight awful tension. I have a couple of neck vertebrae that are disintegrating from age and TMJ muscle tightness. I can feel my muscles relax including in my left arm and leg. Pretty good for a neck and shoulders heating pad. If only this had a panel of heat that extends down the lower back with a waist tie. That would be even better. If you have horrible muscle tension, TMJ pain, headache, try this out. This is the best thing I've tried in years. Highly recommend it.

Good weight and warms up super quickly. Also very soft. I use it as a heating pad for my shoulders, for cramps, and for my lower back as well and it works great. I really love this and would definitely buy it again!

I wanted to try this for a few nights before I wrote a review. I can’t think of anything wrong with it. I love it. It’s snug on my shoulders. I’m 5’4”, 140 lbs. 68 yrs. old. My upper torso is pretty slim (most of my weight is in my belly. I’m just saying this for people that thought it was too small to wrap around their shoulders.) It can get really hot. The hotter the better for me. (I did see some reviews where it was too hot for some people, but there are five settings ). It’s helping a lot with my neck and shoulder pain. The cord is a Little short. I Plug it into a power strip and it seems to be OK if I sit close to the outlet on my couch. Bottom line is this works for me. I’m happy with my purchase.

Great heating pad. Love the fact that you can rest it over your shoulders and stays put. It gives out decent heat. I wouldn't use it on high. Too hot. It also has a nice long cord which I appreciate Would purchase again

Works readily for both SHOULDERS though I wish I could find a similar device that wouldn't also cover my upper back

Just what I wanted. I've had 3 neck surgeries. This heating pad relieves much of my pain. I like having choices of heat settings. It is a comfortable weight. I also like the soft fabric. Having a timer is an added bonus!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Decent. A bit on the smaller side, almost made for kids! Did what it needed to do but even the lowest setting was still to hot for me. I like that it clips in the front!!
