Revell 05098 Battleship Bismarck 1:700 Scale Unbuilt/Unpainted Plastic Model Kit

Got this for my Brother who is a avid model builder and he loves it. Great value and build quality.

Great product,but Amazon delivery guy didn't follow delivery instructions and left my parcel on my front door step for all to see , product wasn't even in a box just a sticky label withy name & address on,not good enough Amazon.

Just what I was looking forward to give my partner a challenge. He is going to be taking his time doing this but it will jeep him quiet for hours.

This is an affordable and nicely detailed model, decent size and easy enough to build. I'm an amateur modeller and didn't find this too challenging. Will buy Revell models again.

Such small parts need patience but I hope I did a good job

This is an excellent kit of the famous and ill fated Bismark in small scale. Well priced good value for money in my opinion, great detail, just a really nice model.

I never expect much from Revell but this was slightly above average. The mould is generally ok with a bit of flare but with the usual problems of inaccurate fitting, some of the upper hull is tricky to use filler due to it's placement so you have to go with it I reckon. The paint guide is particularly poor, too small and too many shades of grey to differentiate between colours, though some are picked out. Not bad for the size and price but a lot of time and faff to make a great model-there are better kits out there but they cost a fair bit more but considering the time and complexity constructing the ship I would recommend them if you are painting and looking for a good finish for your model (gave this to my young cousin and bought another brand).

Worse instructions for a model sorry will be sticking to Tamaya models in future

We did not realise that we had to assemble the model. The tiny pieces were challenging for me to assemble.

Produit reçu dans les délais annoncés. Vraiment très bon point. Toutefois, attention à ceux qui veulent offrir ce bateau car il s'agit du plus haut niveau de difficulté. Ils s'étalent de 1 à 5 (1 étant le plus faible)et il s'agit du 5ème niveau. Sinon les pièces sont super et s'emboîtent bien. J'ai l'impression que l'échelle est un peu plus petite que celle annoncée mais ça ne gêne pas.
