Lindell Audio Lin76 FET Single-Channel Vintage Limiting Amplifier

Terrible, cuando llegó compresor tenía un ruido muy fuerte, rondando los -40dB, me comuniqué con soporte y por instrucciones de ellos mismos me dijieron que ponga una fuente de poder de más voltaje, al cambiarla luego de 3 horas el compresor explotó literalmente. Me comuniqué de nuevo por lo sucedido con ellos llevó 3 meses esperando una respuesta y ahora no responden mis mensajes. En conclusión compré la tapa para mi rack más costosa del mundo, Mucho cuidado con esta empresa no son nada serios. Llevo 4 meses esperando una solución de parte de la empresa.

I would not buy this unit for the following reasons: 1. The delay in response from tech support. When someone is willing to spend $500+ with a company, you should make them feel like their issues is urgent. I reached out on Tuesday and I’ve received one reply a day. I replied back within 7 minutes of receiving tech support emails and I get a response 3 hours later. Production and sales is a part of customer service and it doesn’t seem like these 3 things align. 2. This was my first impression with Lindell Audio. If this went well, I planned to order that lin2a the same day. Unfortunately, it was unsuccessful. Major humming issues between 12-24 range on the input knob and by meter did not work what so ever. 3. Wait ten days for someone to trouble shoot a unit is mind blowing. Shipping it to them takes 1-2 days.. Wait up to 10 days for them to troubleshoot/repair a new unit. Then wait 1-2 more days to receive my unit. That’s 2 weeks that i don’t get to utilize something I’ve already paid for.
