Brilliant addition to the cleaning arsenal
I cant say enough about how useful this is - however because we use it everyday- it seems to leak water - so i need to buy a new one in less than 4 months - so i think this shouldn’t be used excessively if you want it to last longer. We clean and disinfect walls , doors , floors with this steam mop

Simple to use and effective!
Simple to assemble, use and stow-away. Fitted with power indicator, water level and comes with 2 cleaning cloths and carpet glider. Heats up very fast, is simple to use and very effective. Very good value for the money.

Stopped working correctly after 6 months
After 6 months stopped working correctly. All the steam is coming out from around the swirl part leaving the bottom almost dry,should be replaced considering such a short life

Very poor the main part keeps turning not a user friendly nor good quality

Only lasted one year
This thing lasted less than a year. For such an expensive mop, I would have expected to not have to buy another one already

It leaves the floor so wet Do not purchase it If any one wants mine I will give it gor free

Pushes dirt around
Instead of mopping and cleaning the floor giving it a nice clean look, it pushed dust around and forms a big clump of dust at the end of the "sweep".. Sanitization wise it foes what any steam mop would do which is push out steam. Wouldn't recommend it as a replacement for the old fashion mop though.
