Great knife
Bought this blade for the bug out bag and was not disappointed. This knife if light weight, balanced, and well made. It looks great and came sharp but could be a little sharper. It feels solid in the hand and can be used for anything you need

Compact, solid, functional knife
With an overall length of 9.6 inches, this knife is a smidge undersized for do-it-all camp work, but I like it nonetheless. Why? Excellent steel (if it’s really 440C), a tough and seemingly durable TPE handle, full tang construction, well balanced, lightweight but strong, an unobtrusive but eminently usable lanyard hole, stylish blade, nifty sheath, versatile attachment mechanism, and a well-chosen color combo are among positive attributes that spring to mind. The knife’s marginal size is manifest most notably in its handle. The grip is decidedly slim, and somewhat short. Men with small-to-medium hands will likely find sufficient room for all their digits, but men with massive mitts may find the grip space lacking, so to speak, possibly leaving the pinky hanging off the end. I’m guessing that most females, with their somewhat smaller hands, will find the grip surface area very much to their liking. The TPE grip material seems to be thermobonded to the tang and it seems solid.I like the provided sheath. Even though it’s plastic, it’s thick and tough and grips the knife securely with an audible click (or thunk) when the knife locks in place. The knife rides securely and silently once inserted into the sheath.Attaching the sheath to a belt or pack strap is the job of an included clamping device. I don’t know this device’s proper name, but it’s ingenious and highly versatile, enabling belt carry in either vertical or horizontal orientation while opening up a variety of attachment opportunities re pack belts, straps etc.In summary, I have not yet had the opportunity to field test this knife in order to see how it, and especially its blade, stand up to hard use. My expectation is that it will do fine. Do fine, that is, assuming it really is made of 440C steel.

Good mid sized knife
Great mid-sized knife, smaller than I thought. It’s more like a skinner/ multi purpose knife. Sheath is similar to a mora knife but this knife securely snaps into the provided sheath.I’m happy with this. I paid $15 on spring sale. It’s well worth $15 but not $25 to me.

I say it’s pretty dang nice
Nice and comfortable. Fits nice and snug into the sheath. Very sharp as well and was easy to cut stuff with it. Quality is really nice and not made of cheap metal. Not a heavy knife so it’s easy to use and hold.

Better than expected - Sheath isn't perfect though.
The knife is excellent for this price. 440C Steel is good, it's certainly not a 'super steel' and the price reflects that reality. It's an attractive, high carbon steel which is very hard and sharp, but it can be a bit brittle so I wouldn't do a lot of prying or torture tests with it. Mine was very sharp out of the box. The top edge will be perfect for fire rods.Small nit-pick item - the belt clip is a bit weaker than I'd like it to be. I have lost knives before when they don't solidly grip your belt and I believe that is a risk with this design. My picture illustrates this. I will likely find a leather worker to make me a proper sheath, or I won't carry it on my belt in the field if I'm in the trees- but again for the price I'm not complaining. If you own any mora knives, the sheath is very similar to those.I liked the knife enough that I bought a second one for my father in law after mine showed up and it would make a good gift I think and should have no problem handling light and medium camp / bush crafting tasks. I actually am considering getting a 3rd one for my tackle box or truck (orange this time). If you want to spend more than 50, you can find a better steel, but at this price point it gets 5 stars and I'm very happy with the purchase, and I don't give a lot of 5 star reviews.
