I like thug bag very much but when I tried to fit it to the bar on my bike the straps were far too long and the velcro wouldn’t stick together because of this. I managed to secure it eventually though. Overall, a good bag.

works okay. But using it on the top tube is useless, as it's too low to see the phone also it slides sideways as you ride. I've adapted to use on the handlebar stem but the velcro straps are starting to give in. Not practical to take out and put on when parking
