Solved a problem perfectly
I have one of those monitors that also functions as a dock. You know, a single USB-C connection to the laptop provides the screen, USB ports, network ports and all that pizazz.Problem is, the network socket is hard to access, and while I'm docked I generally want cabled just because, there are times (like accessing my WiFi-only printer) that I need WiFi and not cable. And I also know that you can switch WiFi on and off in software but it seems to cause more hiccups on my system than just disconnecting the cable. So this extension cable plugs into the inaccessible RJ45 socket at the back of the monitor, and the router plugs into the extension, making disconnection something I can do without difficulty.Until I work out how to make my cabled network connect to my MESH WiFi seamlessly, this solves the problem nicely.

Solid extension cable, been working well for a while now.
Bought this to extend my current ethernet cable to my PC as it needs a bit more length. It works like a charm, and haven't had any issues for the while that I have been using it. UGREEN do some good stuff.

Needed to slightly lengthen an existing cable
A recent change of a family member's Ethernet router meant that the original cabling was slightly too short and, for not-so-obvious reasons, the slack at the PC end could not be used to used to relieve the problems at the router - this did the job as only a few centimetres was needed. It is working as expected with no drop in transfer speeds etc.

Great cable extension
I purchased this as I'd moved my PC to a different location and the cable I'd previously ran from the router downstairs didn't quite reach - and I really couldn't be bothered buying a longer cable and re-running it all.QUALITYThe connectors feel strong and sturdy enough, and the overall cable is of good quality as well - just a decent cable really, not much to say. No speed reductions etc when using the cable either - still getting the full speeds that my connection is capable of so no effect there also.Overall 5/5 as it saved me a lot of time and effort and was cheap enough as well.

Quality extension cable at a reasonable price
I've plugged this extension cable into one of the ethernet ports on a broadband router which is in a TV cabinet and difficult to access.Having the extension coming out of the cabinet gives a more conveniently located point for connecting new network devices where I don't want to connect via wireless. The cable itself feels reassuringly chunky with robust well moulded connectors. I'm hopeful that it will last a long time. So far I've had no connection issues with any devices connected using this extension cable including PCs, Laptops, games consoles and wireless range extenders (connected via cable during initial setup).

Broadband bridge
I used this to bridge a gap [poor planning on my part 8 years ago!] between a cat 6 cable and a vodafone fibre router when we moved from virgin media to vodafone.Works well, it is sturdy enough and most importantly preserves speeds to rest of home network.
