Far better than Derma roller.
You can use this product on your scalp even if you have hair. This product penetrates the skin straight and comes out straight so It does not pull the hair. On the other hand, The derma roller pulls hair...Due to the rolling action of the derma roller, it actually rips the skin rather than just puncturing it. So the Derma Stamp is far better than a Derma Roller. Also, you can choose the length of the Needle you are comfortable with. Only thing that was a negative for me was that the measurements are not precise but that's okay coz I know how much is needed. If you know what you are doing, you can go for this product without a second thought.

The rotating knob is bit loose, better if it would have been little tight. The body material feels like brittle, might break if accidentally falls. Should have been made hard

The depth adjustment dial is a bit loose. Price not mentioned on the box. Will update after few weeks of use.

Eager to try this out
I have been waiting to try this porduct since a long long time finally i got my hands on it, & talking about the product the product quality is really good & it has got around 140 needles with a needle setting which starts from 0.25 to 3mm with which face and body and stretch marks could be treated, hope this product works WISH ME LUCK :) Update - I have been using this product for more than a year now & i can say it kinda works, I have seen a 50 % improvement in my scars.

Worst Rotating Mechanism
I don't give product review frequently but this is a utter waste and fragile product. The rotating mechanism broke after second use. Won't buy anything of this brand.

Save your money and buy something else. The gear is broken and the neddles are not stable
