Bouquet of Long Stemmed Red Roses (Two Dozen) - The KaBloom Collection Flowers Without Vase

I ordered these roses to arrive at my wife's office Monday or Tuesday. The statement read "no deliveries before February 9." So I ordered the two dozen long stemmed roses with a vase. They arrived on Friday, when my wife is off work. So I picked up the box and brought them home. Then, as we opened the package, the roses were beautiful, but they were already 90% opened, not in bud form (see picture). Then I looked for a contact seller tab on my account, only to see there was none. Needless to say, Kabloom "kablooie'd" my work week surprise for my wife, and the blooms' luster will not last the week. Customer service could use a portal to contact the seller. I love using Amazon, but Kabloom gets less than a star, and that is only for delivering the flowers to the right address — wrong day, wrong bloom status, wrong way to try to gain a customer.

Sent 12 of the wrong flower instead of 24 of the correct flowers. Would not recommend for important occasions.

The roses were half dead before they ever arrived. Pedals began dropping immediately and within 3 days the whole bunch had to be thrown out. Since this was an important occasion, the poor quality of the roses reflected poorly on me. I will not trust this source for flowers in the future.

Ordered these as gift. They arrived to the recipient quickly (2days) and we're absolutely beautiful and perfect! Not giving 5 stars only because gift card was not included with delivery.
