A Replacement Office Chair
While it's just arrived, so I can't comment on long-term durability, the chair is incredibly comfortable. I am a programmer who has sat at an office chair more or less 16+ hours per day for the past 3 years or so, and it's taken it's toll on my back and neck. I decided to swap my ergonomic office chair out for a recliner, and this is immediately far more comfortable. I read some mixed reviews on this, though they appeared to be quite subjective, with people complaining about very specific issues (such as a one-star review because it isn't suitable for pregnant women, surprisingly), but I decided to go ahead with the purchase and I'm very glad that I did so. The construction quality immediately strikes me as solid. My only complaint, which may be a positive for some, is that there weren't more parts for construction, i.e. the side panels taken away from the bottom, and the bottom and stand separated. The whole lower unit comes pre-assembled, which makes for easy construction as you only have to slot the back piece on, but it makes delivery incredibly awkward unless you have a lot of room. It couldn't fit through my front door, or my back door. I ended up having to unpackage it outside, to discover that it was a single unit. I was just able to squeeze it through my conservatory door (which only opens on one side, unfortunately). So just bear in mind that you will need a fair amount of wiggle room to get this into your house. Once it was upstairs, however, it took literally about 10 seconds to slot together. The seat padding appears to be a very firm memory foam, so you don't sink into the chair vertically, though everything else is a very thick and soft padding, which allows you to relax while staying supported. Side note: I perhaps underestimated how big it would look in my office, but I think it's going to serve as an excellent replacement for an office chair. Recliners are quite low, of course, so for anyone with a standard keyboard tray, note that it may not be a good idea. I have an ergonomic keyboard arm which allows me to position it ideally for the chair; it would be very uncomfortable having to reach up to type as your arms would be unsupported.

Good product for the money
I ordered 2 of these to make the 'lockdown' period a bit more comfortable. They arrived within a couple of days of ordering them. Each chair comes in 2 boxes - a seat and a backrest. If you're of average physical ability then they are easy to put together, and the wires plus in very easily. The chairs are comfortable enough. They recline, 'massage' (vibrate a bit), and have a button to heat up, although I have not tried this one. The material is bonded leather, and (surprisingly!) it looks and feels just like bonded leather. The seat feels smooth. They have been great for reclining in front of the television of an evening. I guess the main downside is that you feel a bit like Jim Royle, with your feet up and a beer in the arm-rest. As I have only had these chairs for 2 weeks, I can't comment on their durability. I noticed on other reviews that they started dropping to bits after a couple of years. To be honest, for the price I kind of expected that - I once paid £2000 for a Furniture Village 3-piece and it fell apart after 4 years. I'd take 2 years.

No notice of delivery but easy to assemble and very comfy.
The chair arrived within 24 hrs of notice of despatch. No prior warning and it was lucky I was at home. That said, it was well packed (2 cartons, plenty of bubble wrap.) and got through my front door easily. It comes in two pieces, back and seat. To fit the back just slot it into the seat via two prongs. Bit fiddly as seat tilts and rocks as you are doing it. There is a "pictogram" with the instructions shown, but its very easy. Likewise, the power leads fit colour to colour, there is plenty of cable (about 2 meters) for the wall socket. The control "remote" is easy to read and understand. Massage and or heating is possible. The footrest pops up and the chair reclines when the lever is used at the side of the chair. The spring lifting the footrest is quite strong and you will need more than a downward push with your legs to lower the footrest. I reach down, between my legs, and push the footrest down. One other thing. The base (which the chair turns on) is a metal circle with studs underneath to stop the chair from moving about. So if you want to move the chair it will need lifting, as its quite heavy. Early days yet, but so far, good value for money and very comfortable.

Honest review....
Well, where to start! I ordered this yesterday and it arrived today. Came in two boxes, one with the base and one with the back rest. Now I was expecting ikea like instructions on a thousand screws but to my amazement the top part slides and clicks onto two prongs on the base and that was it, all I had to do then was connect the four cables (two from the back, remote and power) and I was done... Surely not? Well yes, this is the easiest luxury price of apparatus I have ever put together. The chair is comfy, bonded leather that is soft to the touch. The chair padding is gentle but firm so you don't sink you are held in place comfortably. The vibrations are indescribable. So many choices and it isn't just a few nodes spinning like in most cases, this is a full on electrical rotary and vibrating experience that reaches everywhere you need it, just fantastic. Not only that but you can have it heated too... Melted into the chair! The wires are neatly tucked behind a flap at the back of the chairs base, the rocking motion is smooth and fluent. As soon as you put your feet up the rocking motion stops and it becomes a fixed chair, then you can optionally lower the back part with slight force and the bum area raises supporting everything and it feels like you are on an comfy bed. So, any complaints? None. A slight niggle for some users may be that the power cable plug is only about 1 metre long so you will need an extension to reach an actual plug socket if you sit more than 1m from the plug, and it is recommended you don't spin around fully as you will wrap the power cable around your seat!

Very poor quality.
Avoid! very poor quality, lasted about 6 months before the fake leather started to flake, and leave a mess. When it was being moved the ballbearings fell out the bottom, and it left a oil stain on the carpet.

A chair with all the bells and whistles for a reasonable price.
This is easily one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat in. The padding is very soft and it easily reclines into an almost completely lying down position. The rocking and swivel is very smooth, though I found that sometimes the chair swivels too easily and will turn slightly at an angle to the TV by itself. The heat feature works very well and heats up in in a few minutes, though only the lower back portion of the chair heats up and not the rest. The massage is very soft and doesn't feel like a "massage" but more of a relaxing vibration, however it is still very relaxing despite being quite loud. The chair can recline to exactly the position you want it too, just pull the lever and push back as far as you want. The cupholders are very convenient however they aren't very deep and a very large bottle or cup might fall out if you rock the chair. The pockets are very convenient for putting the TV controller or your phone in. Overall, this is an incredibly comfortable chair with all the bells and whistles, at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone who wants a comfortable place to watch movies or play video games in, or even have a nap, I found myself falling asleep in this chair a few times!

Good at First
I've had this chair for about a year now and want to give a full edit. First of all, I have spent many days over the past year comfortably in this chair but unfortunately I can tell that the quality is not going to last. I like the heating and massage function but was disappointed to learn that you cannot just turn the heat on for the chair, you have to turn massage on for the chair to be heated. As pictured, the bottom of my chair is completely falling apart, the armchairs on both sides are loose. I've tried to repair things but I can tell that this chair has cheap materials and that any fix is going to be temporary. From the beginning, the cushion on the seat has been slightly awkward as well, there are two metal joints that you can feel through the seat and have been that way since the beginning. If you're sitting back in the chair, you can't feel them, but you would definitely notice them sitting up in the chair. Lastly, the pop-up leg cushion is very hard to put away. You release the legs with the lever but have to push them back yourself. I'm young but short and struggle pushing it in, my mother and grandmother have not been able to push the legs back in with their hands and have to bend over to push it in. Overall, this chair can be comfy but I should have just saved myself the trouble and money by buying a better chair a year ago since I would guess this chair only lasts me the rest of this year before it falls apart (less than 2 years total).

Not as good as i had hoped
I have had the Chair since the 25th August. it is now October 15th, It was easy to assemble and the colour is identical to the advert pictures. The Power cable is a is just over a meter long and is a simple push socket and you need to be very careful if you decide to turn the chair as you either twist the cable or pull the plug, Not very safe. The reclining is easy but the siting back up is a bit of a drama as you have to force the base back quite hard with your heels for it to click into place, this is already causing minor damage. The chair is generally comfortable however the back of the chair at the top pushes your neck forward and this can be very uncomfortable after a short time sitting in the chair ( I am 5 foot 8, fit and healthy). I have also bought a large bean bag and to be honest i prefer the bean bag. hence the 2 stars. better in the reclining position than upright... The massage is more like an annoying noisy vibration and does not make for a soothing experience. I wish i had looked harder and longer, I would send it back and ask for a refund but i need the chair as my new sofa is yet to arrive. Advice,,, go for a better chair. Not what i expected and it is not very comfortable at all. sorry, not worth the price i paid at all
