Tablets came well packaged. They are quite big so if you have trouble swallowing tablets these may not be the best. Great value for money.

Size is relative
some have mentioned they are large, which is true, but they are still smaller than most.they are also nice and smooth, so go down easily.the packaging is easy to open, and if ordering singly will fit in the letterbox

Difficult to swallow
These are difficult to swallow. I have to have two a day so its quite a problem. Sometimes they start to melt in my mouth while I'm trying to swallow them and they don't taste very nice so its a definite drawback. The dosage is really good which is why I bought them but I probably won't buy any more. I need something either I can crunch and swallow or smaller tablets.
