I chose this brand and model for a few reasons:- It has front pockets, one of which zips for phone.- it can fit soft flasks in the front and a water bladder in the back for 3 liters of hydration.- It can carry trekking poles- It has additional room in the back for other supplies, like first aid, a rain jacket, more snacks, etc.Overall, I highly enjoy this pack. It’s lightweight and spacious. I used it for a trail 50k race and felt extremely prepared! I’ve used it a lot and have not had any tears, rips, or issues.

I bought this running vest for a recent 25k trail run. It was perfect. It held two 500ml flasks, and had room if I would have needed it for my 3l bladder. It has so many pockets. Comes with an emergency blanket. I love this vest and use it all the time! It’s especially perfect for winter and has lots of storage space for sweaters and the odds and ends we end up packing for long runs/walks. Great quality, durable, looks fashionable and way more affordable than the Salomon brand!

I bought this as I had a 50k coming up and my old vest was too big. This is pretty lightweight and does have one zippered pocket in the front. Roomy enough for my long 20+ mile training runs. Can fit snacks, jacket, little first aid kit. I like the bungee cord on the outside as I can put my jacket outside the pack and have more room inside. it's bare bones compared to my ultimate direction vest with a zillion zippered compartments but this is also significantly lighter. Price is also a lot less than name brand vests and has more capacity than other cheaper vests.

The pack itself it great!!!! Plenty of storage, snug fit, extremely lightweight. The bladder left bruises in my back!!! They designed the seal/clip with wings to make it easier to grab and slide on/off the bladder. When you are running with it tight and snug, they dig into you like knives. I knew in the first mile it wasn't going to work and had to endure for 6 more. The next day I replaced their clip with one from an old Nathan pack and it was perfectly comfortable for a 15 mile trail run. Don't get their bladder.

the large seems a little big on me& I usually wear a large vest.So I use it in the winter time when im wearing more clothing for the cold weather.otherwise it’s a super awesome vest for the $$

I like the fit- I keep much cooler in this than I do my hiking water backpack. I have to say though that this one doesn't have anything to attach my water bladder to. It just slides into the back pouch and then bounces all over the place when I run despite taking all the air out of the bladder. It's a bit distracting but over several miles you get used to feeling like a kangaroo is on your back.The side pockets are deep which is lovely but they open up again on the backside of the ribcage. I've almost lost several items because of that so I'd suggest fitting as much as you can in the zipper pocket.This is definitely a vest to try to see if you like the style before buying a much more expensive one like Nathan's.

This is the first time I’ve purchased a hydration pack so I looked around some forums for an alternative to the higher priced ones and I was directed towards this brand. I bought the the bladder with it and they both appear to be of top notch quality! The stitching on the fabric is first rate and the vest has a lot of pockets and attachment points. I haven’t taken it for a spin yet but after careful inspection I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.

Ultra runner looking for a high volume pack. This thing is legit. Better than Nathan, Solomon. Every pocket, every strap is in the perfect place.
