I had laser eye surgery a couple years ago and I was recommended to take flaxseed to help with recovery. I didn’t notice much difference back then. Now during the summer I take antihistamines for hay fever which dried out my eyes so thought I’d try this again which seems to have made an immediate improvement to the dryness of my eyes. There isn’t any taste to these and for me they’re fine to swallow. Keep in the fridge once opened

Very disappointed as glass container was broken rendering the product unusable. So far after a week no replacement

I use this brand as flaxseed supplements, and other supplements by this company and they are high-quality as opposed to others brands. They are cold pressed and the right MG for flaxseed intake (for me). Yes it cost a bit more but again I just want highest quality for health.

Al ver el envase tan grande y darme cuenta que sobraba mucho espacio dentro decidí contar a ver si en realidad hay 100 capsulas y al contar la primera ves me salió 96 y a la segunda 101 y a la tercera 101 también, me siento estafado xd pague por 100 capsulas y tengo 1 de mas xd
