They came in a timely fashion and I opened it up to take a look and it looks heavy duty. Will see how it applies in real life after Christmas. (after Christmas...Both fellas love their Tactical shovel. My hubby put it together right away and then disassembled and it fit back in the pouch!) Our brother-in-law said it's going with his hunting gear! I have a hard time buying for him so I am very pleased!

This shovel has it all! Great value and utility! It is compact and stores easily! Perfect for ranch work and camping.

Liked the build quality, better than the sailor Sarah model. It’s longer, tighter tolerances, thicker shovel, has a compass, nicer knife, nice spear, a desert camouflage bag. I purchased both kept this of course it’s double the price but for half the price the sailor is a decent buy. The German made model is $200 where as this model is made in China to German specs, therefore the lower price.
