Good guitar for beginners
This is a very good guitar. The strings that the guitar come with are very nice to play on. The way the frets feel on my fingers is amazing! This guitar has not once failed me, nor has a string snapped! The amp is very easy to use and sounds amazing as well. If you are looking for a good guitar for a beginner, or even just a back up that is cheap, you're looking at the right guitar. This is very good for what it is worth.

Better than I thought it would be….
For the price this guitar is a good bargain it’s well made it comes with light strings so it’s easy to bar chords and I had a small problem and the company fixed it no worries I give this a thumbs up…. Mr Chester

Good for what it is
Beautiful fingerprint magnet. Needed a good bit of setup work, to include tightening input jack & tone knob. Action was way high & maxed upon arrival but decent when adjusted. I replaced with baritone strings (62-13) and have it sounding pretty wicked but will need to raise the nut. Noticeable 1/2" gap where the end of the neck almost meets the pickup, but shouldn't impact structural integrity. Pretty good intonation but tremolo only goes down, not up. I haven't tried any of the add-ons. I used my own cord & amp. I wanted a 3/4, something small/portable on a budget, and am pretty happy about this, but only because I was able to correctly adjust / set it up myself. Think Walmart bikes: decent components but mediocre assembly.

great first guitar!
Not the best quality, feels a little too light but with the right work it is a great first guitar!

Good for the price, my order had a major flaw.
For the price it's a good deal. Unfortunately mine has a major issue. PROS: Paint on the item I received is perfect. All electronics work flawlessly. Pick ups are low output and a bit "muddy." Neck is straight. Frets are better than expected. Tuners are sloppy but seem to hold tune. CONS: String nut a bit too tall. MAJOR FAIL: The neck is crooked by a few degrees. The low E string is barely on the fretboard. It still plays, Mostly because of my playing experience. A new player will struggle. This quality control failure is unfortunate, would have been a good instrument otherwise and I would have gave it a 5 star rating. I bought the guitar to hone my luthier skills so I don't plan on returning item, I feel it can be fixed. The amp is pretty good. Clean channel is bright and clear. The drive channel actually has a decent done. It just doesn't get very loud without destroying tone. That's not what its for. Fun little practice amp. Accessories are unremarkable. Cheap but will get job done.

Review by an experienced guitarist
First, I purchased this guitar for a Halloween skeleton band, not to actually play. For this purpose, this guitar works great! For someone who wants to actually play this guitar, I strongly don’t recommend. Especially for a beginner. This guitar will be very problematic for a beginner. There are better options that I will mention. When I first lifted this guitar out of the box I thought it was made out of plastic because it weighs nothing. It turns out it is made out of an inexpensive very lightweight wood. I own many guitars ranging from high end guitars costing thousands of dollars to inexpensive guitars. This guitar is by far the cheapest quality of any guitar I have ever seen. The fret ends were not terrible, but it goes downhill from there. The pickups are very quiet, the neck needs a lot of tweaking. The tremolo bridge is so stiff that it is really just for looks. The amp is an amplifier, but there are many inexpensive options that will be dramatically better than this. Does it all work? Yes, but barely. If you want to learn guitar, spend a little more and buy a Fender Squire guitar. It will be dramatically better than this toy. In short, by spending a little more you can get a significantly better guitar and amp that will provide a better learning experience.
