I bought this for my 91 year old Mother and she loves it. It gives her something to do with her hands to keep them strong.

While I love the idea of this, it really was not beneficial for me at all. Theoretically I believe it is a good idea and I have use other exercises for my hands but this one is so soft. I can't even feel that I'm squeezing it. I think it needs to come with different levels of resistance, depending on the person. I have large hands and probably a much stronger grip than normal, so squeezing this to me, felt like just squeezing my hand with nothing in it. My wife felt it a little bit more and like that it was soft, so maybe be best suited for those who don't have strong hands to begin with or have smaller hands and can't use them more traditional grip strengtheners the material is soft and stitching seems durable, so probably would hold up for somebody who could use it

Basically some memory foam inside a fabric case. Might be good for people who can't hold anything at all right now, but too soft for anyone to rebuild grip strength back to a normal level.

The product is not very effect, for stroke victims trying to reaquire hand strength.

This was a waste of my $15 dollars. No resistance at all. Returned it immediately. It felt like a kids pillow toy.
