Chromium headaches?!
Whilst I love the brand and think they offer good products with an ethical approach, this product doesn’t work for me. After three days of taking at half the dose I had bad headaches. I stopped, headaches went. Restarted, headaches returned… etc. Upon further research, the chromium in this product can cause headaches. I have switched to a plain NAC, as I have taken previously, and no further headaches.
