Great bag for the money
Fast delivery came next day good quality material and price would recommend to anyone buying their first punch bag however it could do with a bit more padding on the inside to make it firmer when you punch it.

A vsry solid and well presented punch bag with chains to be attached to a separate hanging frame or support bar. Looks as if of good quality make.

Frade and split after 3weeks use
I'm not a big guy but I have puched the bag for 3weeks and the four strap that holds the metal hooks have split and frade.

Fantastic Value for Money.
When this arrived,at first glance I thought this bag was too light ( although extra padding can be added) compared to others in my gym.However when fitted it proved to be great for reps and inexperienced or smaller clients.Looks great and good quality.
