Lovely thick Quick absorbing Cream great smell.

It’s basic, feels more like a barrier cream, dry, tacky directly after application, but then settles nicely. No adverse reaction, and skin is hydrated. So nothing wrong with results other than I’d prefer it to be a lighter, smoother to apply. Bought it because I was seeking a no scent, few ingredients, good for problem skin cream, and it has decent reviews.

There is so much hype about this cream on blogs and online magazines on how its very hydrating and good for eczema the reality is the hydration lasts for literally ten minutes and then your skin is left very dry. Maybe mixing it with another cream or organic olive oil etc will help your moisturizers last longer and give you more hydration. I'll never buy this again so drying it's hard to find a good cream that works and a good mineral suncream that doesn't leave a white cast or isn't so think you have to drag your skin to rub it in lol. Looks like I have to pay a lot to get some decent products =(

I found this whilst in the states, as I’ve never really found anything to help with dry (sensitive) skin without causing other issues … bit this is the one (for me) works an absolute treat. Usually buy the tub without the pump, but thought I’d give it a go and yep, it’s a lot more convenient than sticking my hand in the tub every night. This is the goto brand for me.

Good product as described but unsuitable for me. Has no added fragrance but smell is not unpleasant. Similar to e45. I was so convinced it would be fine for my allergies I liberally applied it to my face and immediately it started stinging and reddening and tightening my skin. I spent half an hour washing my face with a product that is safe for me and took an antihistamine pill and eventually my skin calmed down but 24 hrs later my skin is still very sensitized and sore and puffy so obviously I won't use vanicream again. Annoyed as I bought the big tub. I do believe my experience is unusual as I have read hundreds of positive reviews on this product by other people but I wanted to raise awareness that this is a product that very allergy prone people can still have a severe skin reaction to. Don't blindly believe because of the hype it will be ok. If not used before patch test first. I didn't and REGRET it. Going back to e45 not perfect for me because of the lanolin but at least I can tolerate e45 cream.

As a Sjogrens patient (autoimmune disease affecting general moisture ) my sensitive skin is extremely dry and itchy. I have spent a fortune on moisturisers, but can 100% say that the last 6 months using this 2/3 times a day has made the most profound difference. It sinks in, is not shiny and is invisible within moments. My complexion feels soothed, plumped up and there is a cooling feeling. My dermatologist recommended I try this and perhaps CeraVie.....but my search stopped here so I cannot compare. I use this on my face, around my eyes and down to my chest and have never had a clogged pore or spot. I do get rosacea and it is not aggravated by this. I feel so strongly that this 'works' that i've told my friends ....it's not glamorous, at this price it is hardly treating yourself, the packaging does not excite, but, for me, it does the job PERFECTLY..

I was hesitant to buy this as I heard a lot of bad things about petrolatum product. To my surprise, it's very good. Calms my red, flaking skin due to seborrheic dermatitis and psoriasis. It's cheap too.

The bottle is old, yellowed, and scratched. There is no clear indication of whether it is unopened or has been tampered with. Extremely poor packaging overall. BUT after using for 1 month I would say this is the best moisturizer I have used till now. Absolutely no allergic reaction (I have a very sensitive skin) but yes it's a bit thick.

Tengo tres semanas usándola y veo resultados maravillosos en mi piel con rosácea, está muchísimo menos rojiza, muy hidratada y se siente más tersa, además de que no me sacó granitos. La uso como crema de día y noche y no afecta la textura de mi maquillaje, una gota del tamaño de un frijol es suficiente para cubrir el rostro y el bote trae mucho, durará muchísimos meses a como le estoy dando el uso. Si tienes piel grasa como yo y la usas por la noche, despertarás con la cara muy grasosa, simplemente limpia tu cara como siempre y vuelve a aplicar, ya que no es comedogenica y no saca granitos.
