This is a great test kit to help see if there is any problems easy with to do and a quick result to help find if there is a problem with the result.

So. What’s to like. I’ve bought this brand before when first on my health journey. They have an easy to read colour guide on the back of the pack to help you assess whether you are drinking acid or not ;) From a ROI point of view they are good. I wanted to see what the difference in Ph was in my filtered water to my bottled waters and the variance in between. I have also previously used to test my body when I was going through an alkaline diet phase. So can be used for all these. The one down side is that they are made very well in terms of being able to just access them. If you want one, you have to open very carefully to ensure the whole lot don’t spill out. So packaging could be better. As could where they placed the chart to reference the Ph colour values.

The strips themselves seem to work fairly well, although I've sometimes noticed the top and bottom pads don't match. It's often quite difficult to judge the exact number for the results because the differences between the colours on the chart are quite subtle, and it can be hard to judge which most resembles the colour on your test strip. Mind you, I suppose the same issues apply with any pH strips, not just these ones. But what really gets my goat is the little box the strips come in: the first time I took off the lid it was really stiff, and when I finally yanked it open all the strips flew everywhere. Then when I put the lid back on it was too loose, so after a couple of times of spilling the contents by accident I have had to use an elastic band to hold the lid on. Annoying, and it puts me off buying them again!

These test strips were recommended to me by a friend. I have known for some time that I needed to keep my body at a correct alkaline and acid balance and also that it would be a good idea to get some kind of test strips. I’m not a scientist and have never used test strips before so I can’t compare quality or accuracy. So I am going completely on my friends recommendations, which I trust. Anyway, following the simple guidelines; they are very easy to use and to check the acid levels in my body. The results have let me know that I have work to do to get my body to a safer alkaline state. There are enough strips for more than a month’s testing, so it is decent value for money; plus the mini record sheet helps me to track my progress. Once I get used to using them, I’ll see if my wife is interested in it, then use them for my children as well; very good info to know

Used first time and thought these were great then subsequent ones didn’t work. Tried testing lots of other things other than me and still didn’t work. The colours never changed. Disappointed after a promising start.

Bought these as wanted to see if my diet was alkaline or too acid. Anyway very simple to use. Reading can be slightly tricky as I sometimes find they are inbetween some measurements but I think thats to be expected, and also sometimes find that the top colour matches one measurement and bottom matches another, so you just have to look and see what colour its sort of mostly matches. But overall I'd say for the price these do give a good reading that is for the most part fine. So I would buy this brand again.
