K2 isn't for everyone
This is probably an excellent supplement if you need D3 and K2. I like Now products as they use rice flour as a bulking agent rather than all the stuff so many other companies use.BUT .... I discovered I don't need K2. In fact taking these meant I started to bruise easily. I suppose K2 acts like a blood thinner and as I don't need my blood to be thinned, I don't need K2.So all of you who assume you do, you might not. i'm now just taking D3 on its own.
