Product is good, but... maybe put nutrition information on the listing and packaging, especially the calories per 100g dry weight.

Good and small enough pieces to adsorb the flavour. Quarn gives a better mince beef texture but I prefer to eat Soya. The pieces are also quite small so get lost in a chilli where Quarn or real beef would give more body and texture

Great for adding to veggie dishes as a mince and protein substitute. You don't buy it for the flavour, as it doesn't really have any, you have to create your own. Good for veggie bolognaise, veggie pies, stews, etc. It's also quite good value, lasts for ages because it's dry and was delivered promptly.

Very good product

I buy this soy mince repeatedly as i can never seem to find it in supermarkets even my local massive Tescos hence me buying it from Amazon. It's good value and makes great chilli, Bolognese, lasagne etc anywhere you wpuld use mince you can use it without having to eat dead animals so win win for me.
