Q: Has anyone who's repeatedly ordered this ever had a bad batch? Just ordered for the first time and can't believe how low quality it tastes

Sorry, I haven't ordered for a while but have bought it many times in the past few years. I once bought one from elsewhere and it was a bit different, sweeter with less flavour. Usually high standard. I would contact Monin, they might give you some money off or freebies :)
