I am a vegan and was looking for some omega3 options and my doctor suggested to try this one. Its working well and my energy levels have improved.

Have tried a few omega 3 options in the market but this one seems to be working for me. I can see better energy levels. No side effects

A bit too pricy , A bit less EPA & DHA than I desire for but best in veg supplements , Not value for money since there are more competitive products especially with more EPA & DHA in almost half the price but they are non veg . I found no better products in veg category than this though .
