Solved my frequent calf cramps within 1 week, I take 2 tablets at bedtime. Wish I'd found these tablets years ago - before discovering the tablets I've been woken at night with painful calf cramps several times a week, also often used to get get calf cramps when swimming. So far no cramps at all sleeping or swimming. Really pleased. Checked with GP before taking them (because I'm on several prescription drugs so have to check before taking something new - GP says they're safe up to 350 mg per day, but 200 works fine for most people, it's very common to have deficiency that causes cramps. Simple solution.

These are amazing. Both my partner and I sleep has vastly improved since taking these. Takes a while to kick in say 4 weeks but then we really did see an improvement in our sleep
