Does the job! We have used them multiple times. Last years and a good thing to have just in case you get nose bleeds.

This is another must have items in her house if you have young children! My son nose bleed a lot , since we got him this , he can handle himself by putting it on nose and nose bleed will stop ! I always throw some in my kids bags and keep some in my bag just in case !

I bought these for my students. These are great! I wish I found them sooner.

Not a silver bullet. Both sizes kinda hurt my nose. They pinch at a weird angle, but was better than using a hand. My method for quickest nosebleed stop is inserting a 1.5 inch cotton dental gauze roll that’s had an end dipped into bleed-stop powder, then using a clip to pinch. I use a bleed stop spray (or sterile saline contact solution) to very lightly moisten the gauze ends before dipping into the powder. Let dry for a few mins before placing into shorter ziplocks. You can make these ahead of time to have ready for the next nosebleed. Funny thing, I’ve only had two nose bleeds in the three weeks since I made these when I was having at least one daily for months. (Murphy’s law.)

I am a camp nurse, often with a camp of 150-250. We are at 6900ft when the air is dry, and lots of dirt, dust, trees and shrubbery abound. Combine the mountain environment with campers not drinking enough water, nosebleeds are common. Theses little clamps are perfect! Put one on and I can move on to the next campers complaint. After putting some vaseline in the nose, I give them the clamp for a "gift" and all is ok.

These clips are great for my child's nosebleeds. He finds them comfortable and effective. I love that you can get so many at a great price to keep extra at church, school, backpack, vehicles, etc for nose-bleed emergencies.

Great to have in my health office, so easy for the students, don’t have to sit and try and pinch there nose for 10 minutes.
