These are average sized gelatin capsules that are easy to swallow. I was a little worried about spending my hard earned money on this supplement for fear that it might not work for me. After a couple of weeks thinking about it and doing my research, I did order it. I am so glad that I decided to try it because it has worked better for me than any other supplement that I have taken for increasing muscle size and strength. I did not lose any weight while taking this, nor was I trying to lose any weight. I did gain several pounds, but the gain was because of increased muscle size. I definitely did not put on any extra fat with this supplement. I do feel like my focus increased while weight training. I had a specific goal that I wanted to reach, and I was able to stay focused on that goal better than I ever had in the past. The capsules did have a unique smell to them, but I was never able to taste anything unusual after swallowing them. I did recover from my weight training sessions quicker than what I usually did when taking other supplements. I highly recommend this supplement for anyone wanting to increase their strength and muscle size. These work better for me than any testosterone boosters that I have taken, and I have tried all of the popular ones, as well as some that I had never heard of until I bought them. Yes, I got talked into trying some that I should not have wasted my money on.

Purchase multiple times. Probably one of the best Turk/Ecdy supplements I've used and I've tried numerous from different highly popular supplement companies. Not sure if its the purity of the ingredients or the dosages but I have great results in strength, size and stamina in the gym. I use a higher dosage (3 pills morning and night) and I really feel the difference from the normal dosage. I haven't experienced any side effects from taking them on an empty stomach ie stomach pain but YMMV. I would highly recommend this for people looking to increase performance naturally.

I have been using this product, for 8 to 10 weeks. I believe it has helped me, as a 63 weightlifter and bodybuilder. This seems to be a quality product and s fairly priced, as compared to other brands. I actually have this product on auto ship through Amazon.

This isn't the greatest test booster supplement that I've ever taken, but it is definitely better than some. And it helps with recovery and boosts my energy level during workouts and unknown workout days.

I am in my early 30's and have loved working out and lifting weights since I was fifteen years old, but I am at the age where your body starts to slow down and you begin to feel those aches and pain more distinctly. Lately, I have struggled with my motivation to work out and frequently run out of energy in the middle of my workouts, so I did research on any supplements that could give me an edge. I first heard of Turkesterone from Dr. Andrew Huberman's appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast, and decided to give it a try. I began by taking just one capsule a day for a week, then moved to two capsules a day, with one immediately before working out. After just three weeks, I have gained noticeable muscle mass and strength and feel more energized and motivated to get in the gym. It's a pretty subtle feeling - like I have a steady stream of constant energy and could work out for hours. Despite my workouts being more intense, my muscle recovery seems faster; I'm only sore for a couple days post-workout before I feel fully recovered. I have not noticed any negative side effects at all - no lightheadedness or stomach pains (which I have gotten from similar supplements, like tongkat ali). I have not tried any other Turkesterone supplements before, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I am highly satisfied with the results so far.

Works really good got a six pack and grew my arms 2 inches all within a few months. Noticeable increase in strength only problem is you are much more prone to injuries on this stuff I feel like it can make you have muscle strains or spasms much more easily. I've never had those before now I get one every month or 2 not ideal side effects could ruin ur life that's a no go for me.
