I use them when I remember and I notice the difference in my hand and wrist strength when e.g. lifting multiple bowls out of a kitchen cupboard. My fingers and hands are stronger so everyday activity is enhanced. I do about 30 or 40 squeezes when I remember to use them and it literally takes as long as you want, in my case less than 30 seconds. Best keep them in a very visible place then it's just easy to pick them up and a quick routine takes no time at all. Would recommend.

My son loves them. He’s started lifting weights and it hurts his wrists and forearms so he was looking for something to help strengthen those areas when he’s not working out.

Its easy to use but the grips can slip off pretty easy if you dont pay attention

The media could not be loaded.  There is a serious warning on the product, which reads:"California prop 65 warning this product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and reproductive or developmental harm"Oh no! This means if you ingest this in anyway, you most likely will get cancer, the warning is strict and is there for a reason, they used chemicals to make this, those chemicals have been known to cause cancer, why on Earth would you do that and sell these on the market? It is a shame, as it is good for beginners, trying to increase wrist strength.I'm not endorsing this product, because if a baby puts this in their mouth what do you think might happen in the future? What do you think happens if you have a cut on your hand while you use this and the materials get in your blood? These are things I think about before I make my review choice.It is a shame too because the good things about this product:Good:-Easy to use-Comfortable to use-durable material, except for the hand grips they will eventually rubber off.-You can easily throw them awayThe bad:-Will most likely cause cancer if ingested, either through the mouth, or a cut on your skin.-Too weak for me, they aren't even 60kg and I can do 140kg these are maybe 1kg or less grip strength, that's what it feels like to me.-Emm...Did I mention they can cause cancer?Sorry the bad seriously outweighs the good, I will throw these in the bin, because that's where cancer belongs. If you want my honest opinion, I recommend getting the pure steel hand grips, they contain no chemicals, and will be harsh on the hands, but you will be stronger for it, and for good quality ones, they can go anywhere between 27-165kg or so. No pain no gain.

Keeps my son busy

I little too small (I don't have big hands) and not quite hard enough to flex - could do with being harder to flex and slightly bigger.
