I ordered this product as part of a content project, and I’m very satisfied with its quality. The capsules are plant-based, made from lichen, and easy to swallow. The potency is high (5000 IU), which is perfect if you have a vitamin D deficiency and need to boost your levels quickly. However, if you’re using it for general health and prevention, I recommend taking one capsule every other day instead of daily, as the dose is quite strong. This way, you get the benefits without the risk of taking too much over time. Overall, very clean ingredients and great value for the amount you get.

Good quality product

There is currently an epidemic of Vitamin D3 deficiency for much of the global population, for a multitude of reasons. I am so pleased that I was able to find a quality Vegan alternative of this vitamin—essential for so many bodily functions, such as healthy bones and a strong immune system. Even at my “senior” age, I noticed a vast difference after three days of taking this supplement. I can get up in the morning, and nothing aches anymore! I have practiced personal holistic health for 45 years, and have not been accustomed to feeling unhealthy, so I knew something was wrong. Now I feel that I’ve regained much of my previous health that I had lost in the past few years

This product is easy to take, yet as times it results in my having an upset stomach, which could be attributable to my not using lichen as a source of Vitamin D before. I'm pleased it's vegan, as I haven't consumed animals in over 48 years.

The capsule is just slightly larger than other brands. But, the savings in price over the brand I had been using for several years was nice change.

On my opinion this works great and it is an excellent choise for vegans too
