After using it for many months I am conclusive of the effectiveness of this wonderful product. A perfect product starting from its vacuumed bag and perfect box to use after opening bag. One of the best things about it is it contains both protein and fiber at the same time without almost no fat and no carbs (very low) I hope they will not change the price. As FenuFlakes is fiber and protein rich, with Ultra-Low carbs, it makes it very suitable for people on prolonged Keto diet. Since when on Keto diet, one of the primary deficiencies is known to be fiber deficiency - a fiber rich, low carb, preservative free suppliment source is needed. 💫🧘🏼‍♀️ I could see immediate positive effects right after first few uses. Then I could see eventual progressive healing effects with day by day use, since keto was established for more than 10+ years. 💫🥗 I am mixing one heaped spoon in curd base, along with other sources for good gut health, e.g., finely chopped cranberries, finely chopped orange piece, almond flour, sesame seeds, oats fiber suppliment, prebiotic suppliment and 2-3 spoons of aloevera juice - once a day. 💫💳 The 300g packaging is appropriate for me as it lasts about 40 days on my end, costing Rs. 320. 1kg pack is further cost effective, but I am concerned about it getting stale once opened. 💫🫙 The 300g jar is air tight and should be reused instead of recycling it immediately. I am reusing my first jar for keeping digestive and aata biscuits. 💫🏆 Looking at all aspects, I am awarding it all 5-stars ⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐

Quite honestly, this is a joke. It never works, I tried it with Idli mix, which made it horrible, then I tried taking it raw, and though it has no taste, it just does not work! By mistake I ordered one more, so I might try it and then completely stop. I do not recommend this product.

Take only 10mg after a meal. If you take more than 30 mg then you will have to stay in rest room for the day.
