Only needed it once
Worked as intended removing a stuck lug nut. Used a 20oz hammer to bang this on to the stripped lug nut and removed it with ease. You will rarely use this tool but extremely important to have it in your tool box as a "just in case" measure.

Doesn't have 20mm extractor
I bought this specifically for the 20mm size it listed. It does not come with this size. I tried the 19mm on the locking nut at it started rounding pretty easily. Doesn't seem like good quality even it did have the correct sizes.
