Good Service
Customer service excellent from manufacturer. My unit circuit board failed after 18 months and they offered a replacement. I had good results charging two golf carts with lipo4 batteries before the failure

2009 Club Car precedent with Lithium conversion
2009 Club Car Precedent i2. I was really nervous this wouldn't shut off, but it did. I read several other posts saying if you bypassed the OBC this would not shut off, and could ruin your expansive liFePro4 batteries... Well it does shut off for me. I converted my cart to (4)-12v 100AH LiFePro4 batteries, they came from the supplier at different levels of charges (between 32% & 36%), I wired them in series after I bypassed the OBC by cutting out the ground that connects the charging recep to the OBC, and putting it straight to the main Negative post, then cutting off the wiring harness from the OBC and tying the blue and White wires together, then capped and heat shrinked all remaining wires in that harness, and plugged the harness back in. I also cut and cut & capped the Gray that runs to the charging receptacle and left it there. Plugged this in, it turned right on, all batteries voltage indicators came on and started charging. I timed it, on the highest amp level you get about 9%-10% charge per hour. I stood over it when the last battery was reading "99%", as soon as it hit 100% the charger shut off and displayed "FULL" on the screen.

Dont Buy!! It will fry your batteries and not shut off!
Will fry your Lead acid batteries- wont shut off. Look First I hooked it up to my 48v Lead acid direct with the alligator clips.. It would charge but not taper down or shut off. Then the seller said I had to do the OBC bypass in order for it to shut down..Which I said the alligator clips direct to the main positive and main negative..Circumvented the OBC.. But they asked me to do the ByPass anyway.. I asked them if they were willing to pay to have it un-bypassed--if this didn't work --> no response.. So Using their directions--I bypassed the OBC and it still wouldn't shut off using the alligator clips direct.. Then using the Club Car pulg in..It would say that the battery was full , even though it was run purposely down to 60%. Now my Club car Drive3 charger would work ..but not this charger..I bought this multispecies charger -knowing that I would be switching over to Lithium once these lead acids ran their course ( probably another 2-4 years). I have no comment about it being able to charge lithium..But with lead acid.Do not use--it will fry your batteries. So then I bought a competitors multi-species battery charger from 10LOL and it works flawlessly using my bypassed Club Car OBC --> using that same plug in! SO nothing wrong with my system nor abilities--Just a overhyped non proper working dangerous charger. I wanted to love the 9 stage battery charging profile system and the battery repair ( lead acid only) setting.. But if it won't shut off, and way overcharges and frys your batteries..then you wasted money on this charger..and they aren't gonna pay you dime to replace your battery bank.I hate to write such a bad review..but this almost fraudulent charger claims and potential damage to much higher dollar items in your golf cart..Well buyer beware!!

Work great so far. Takes a little bit longer to charge. But works.
Works great so far. I've only had for a month. I have a Star cart 48v. SB50 plug comes in handy. I already had the adapter for my cart. Will let you know how it's going later on down the road.

Flexibile inexpensive 48v charger
I bought the HTRC P3648 charger when the factory charger stopped working on my 2001 Club Car DS. After reading about people not being able to charge via the round Club Car connector, I ran the charger straight to the battery with the alligator clips. This allowed me to charge up my golf car very quickly. Once I established that the charger was working for my batteries, I performed the simple OBC bypass, and can now charge via the round club car port. Much more convenient. The only issue I have is that the charger runs my batteries up to 58.8v charge current, but never clicks over to FULL. It just stays charging indefinitely. I have left it that way for several hours, with no luck. So just make sure that I charge it to 58.8, then disconnect the charger. Inconvenient for sure, but very workable at the moment. I contacted support, and they were extremely helpful and responsive! A+ for excellent customer service.

Golf cart battery charger
This golf cart battery charger is seriously awesome! It was soo easy to setup.. just plugged it in, and it started doing its magic! No complicated buttons or techy stuff, which I appreciate since I'm sooo not tech saavy. Lol.The charger caters to a range of batteries so it's like a one-size-fits-all solution for my golf cart power needs. The charging options provide a quick and efficient charge, ensuring my golf cart is always ready to hit the green. The 3-pin round plug makes the connection straightforward – no need to fumble around. What I like most is the trickle charging feature. It keeps my battery in tip top condition without overcharging, which extends its lifespan. It's like a little extra care for my golf cart buddy.

Worked great the first time!
I bought this charger a while back and finally got to use it to charge our electric motor batteries on our boat. Worked great the first night. Shortly after I switched it to charge our second bank (which was pretty charged already) it started beeping repeatedly and turning on and off repeatedly. Tried again next day with same results. This was an essential element to our current trip and has now caused a big problem for us. I should have spend the extra for the Noco!
