High Windows - Need Ladder
I wish I had gotten this ladder when I first moved in an apartment with high ceilings and high windows. I grew up in the burbs so we had a garage with a ladder. That doesn’t happen in an urban area. I’ve been trying to find a way to clean these windows (at least on the inside) and hang LED Holiday lights. This ladder is pretty amazing and small. Fits in the bottom of a closet and doesn’t take up much space but let’s me get to a 10’ window top. I highly recommend this ladder. I only gave it 4 star on maneuverability because closing the thing up can be a little unwieldy. Be careful or you can pinch or smash a finger. But if you’re not in a rush like me, it’s totally fine.

Good, but difficult to collapse
It’s ok. It is very time consuming to put away with the way the release mechanisms work for each step on both sides. I don’t have enough hands to release four switches at the same time.

Great compact but tall ladder!
We needed a ladder to keep in our motor home but space fills up fast so finding things that collapse and don't take up a ton of room is important. We had an incident on a recent camping trip that our awning froze up and wouldn't come back in. We were SOOOO lucky that for the first time my hubby brought our little 4' ladder so we could manually get up just high enough to get a drill in the override. But that was a wake up call to make sure we have a ladder on board at all times for whatever may come up. Finding a ladder that gets you up approx 6' but then collapses down down to just over 2' and flat is awesome! We can easily fit in any of our lower storage compartments and are prepared for whatever comes up.The only little negative is it wobbles a bit when you are up on it, not super stable like a regular ladder...nothing too bad and kind of expected from a ladder that telescopes out like this. Won't hinder you using but if you need this all the time in work like construction I wouldn't recommend. Great for emergencies and quick things.

No easy to carry, set up and close. Not a a everyday use ladder
The purpose to buy this ladder was an easy to carry and use around the house. Well far from that this ladder by design is very difficult to setup and dangerous when closing. Takes some time to get it up and you have to be very careful when closing and storing. I have use other telescopic ladders but this is the worst by far.

This a-frame ladder works, folds up easily, and is transportable, but it sways...
SET-UP/ASSEMBLY: 5*+ There was absolutely no set-up or assembly. This is ready to step on right out of the box.CONSTRUCTION: 3.5*+ I feel it is built well enough to do the job, but it’s built just barely well enough to do the job.- It is built really cheaply and you can tell when you get on it.- The cross-bars/stabilizers shake a lot and don’t lock at all.FUNCTIONALITY: 3.5*+ I’m 240# and I can climb up and put my weight on the ladder just fine.+ The ladder folds up to be pretty small.+ It is lightweight making it very portable.- When retracting the ladder, it’s dangerous because when depressing the two latches under the steps, the ladder comes sliding down quickly and pinches anything in the way. So be careful!!- The ladder is wobbly when on it.GENERAL EXPERIENCE: 3*+ The ladder works for what I wanted it for. Hanging lights and getting to my gutters.+ It holds a good amount of weight and is mostly well built.- The ladder sways a lot when I’m on it. It doesn’t matter if I’m near the top or the bottom.- I pinched my fingers trying to figure out how to retract the ladder.~~~RATING SYSTEM~~~LEGEND+ | These are positive comments about the product.- | These are negative comments about the product.= | These are neutral comments about the product.U | Updated information based on continued usage.-----Diamond's STAR RATING SYSTEM (What do my star ratings mean?):1 STAR - Completely unusable, would request a refund2 STAR - Meets minimum viable product requirements, wouldn't purchase it again3 STAR - It does what it should, but in a non-spectacular way, I may recommend it, but definitely with reservations4 STAR - I like it. Small and compact
The media could not be loaded. The overall design of this product is great and folds up easy. The build quality feels like sturdy plastic. Feels a little wobbly. I stood on this product and felt safe. This is an overall good value for money and easy to use.

Works great and light enough to carry around
Works great and light enough to carry around. Need to be very careful about your fingers/hands when extend and retract. Especially the retraction movement has no protection to your fingers/hands.
