Heavy duty and heavier than expected
My house has 2 stories. I also have some tall trees. my 6 or 7 foot A frame ladder was limiting me and when I saw this model, I was interested. It doesn't seem to take a lot of place because it's collapsible, Aluminum sounds light, and it goes up to 16.5 feet... All positive. I saw 1 review where the ladder was folder like a broken toothpick. But I think it was more a "User Error" than an issue with the product. I ordered it, and it was as described... much heavier than I thought but it's heavy duty and tall. It made sense. I used it a few times and no issues. I felt safe. Easy to fold and store. It's a great buy. I recommend it.

Cheap telescoping ladder, works as expected!
Product was priced well below similar items. It’s heavier than expected and is less sturdy than expected. Good ladder for the price, shrinks small enough to fit in almost any car’s trunk. Really easy to use and convenient to fit in the back of a Prius. Perfect for roof inspectors who don’t drive trucks.

Worth the buy for the convenience
Works well. It does feel a little unstable at the fully extended position, but I’m not worried about the strength of the ladder. Overall happy with the product and price.

Watch your fingers when retracting the steps. You could get pinched.
It is lightweight enough for me to carry with no problem and so easy to open. Folds back easily so storage mis not a problem. I am finding that it is a perfect fit for my ladder needs without having to leterally drag my step ladders around. I am loving my new ladder. With me living alone it gets a lot of use. I ordered the 8.5 ft. one and it has been tall enough for my many uses.

not bad, doesn’t always lock into place
this is my second telescoping ladder. It’s not too bad, but it doesn’t always lock into place and the locking clips. Don’t have a visible change if they’re correctly locked or not. I tend to get about 6 feet up only to realize one side isn’t locked and the ladder tilts. I have to climb back down and readjust it.

such a gamer changer for RV use! easy to use inside AND outside the RV. have used it throughout the house as well. easy to breakdown and the connected strap secures the later and makes for easy transport. would highly recommend in all sorts of use.
