This is a nice product, however its size is just a little small for reading the pages of some books.

The lighting in my office is really dim so this magnifying glass is a life saver. I love the built in light feature. The brightness is adjustable so I often need the highest setting at night time. I read UPC codes all day so this magnifying glass has been a great tool for my business.

It's not very often that a product exceeds all of your expectations but this one did. The lens is clear, the 3x and 10x magnifications work great, and LED lighting system is perfect.

I guess if you hold it right it would magnify... and required 3 AAA batteries, so it's not going to last very long.This one is going into the trash. Very disappointed.

This magnifying glass is light, well-designed, and bright! It has 50 LED lights and three brightness settings. The lights are activated with the thumb: the light switch is sensitive, and a light press on it changes the intensity of the light or turns it off. (The switch is quite sensitive, so make sure the light is turned off by cycling through the levels of brightness until it is OFF.) Actually, I have also experimented using it as a flashlight, and it works quite well. So, one could say it is a flashlight and magnifier, all in one.The product is well made, in smooth plastic. It uses 3 AAA batteries (not included). The 3x magnifying field, 2.5 x 4.25 inches, includes a smaller 10x circular magnifying field in the lower right corner. The quality of magnification is quite good, and the LED lighting adds even more clarity. The round field is, as expected, for larger magnification of a smaller area. This magnifying glass can be used with or without the LED lighting.The magnification glass comes with a small instructions card and ‘bonus” flat, rectangular magnifier that can double as a bookmark (see photos). The resolution this flat magnifier provides is not as clear as that of the main glass, but then... it is a “bonus!” This is a decent magnifying class, although the $19.99 price tag makes it a bit overpriced.
