I have used the copper version of this product for over one year with fantastic results. Glad to see the line expanding to anklets and necklaces. Last year I had to purchase two bracelets and chained them together to get one large enough to fit my wife's ankle. Now, this single item fits in its place. I was very interested in the new Titanium items which weigh about half as much as the copper ones. I had worn a copper bracelet 24/7 for one year and the clear enamel coating had worn off, resulting in a green ring around my wrist. The Titanium version shouldn't react in the same way. The magnets seem to be the same strength and I expect the same medicinal effects. The item is very stylish and seems as well made as the copper version, with half the weight. If you believe in magnetic therapy, this is the best product line available. I tried others, this is the best.

Awesome bracket!! My husband shattered his ankle last winter and he was having a lot of issues with chronic inflammation. He was in constant pain. We were a little nervous to put the bracket on at first because he has two plates and nine screws through his ankle and we were worried about the magnet pull on the metal. But, we read the description and it said it would be fine, so we tried it out. Wow! What a difference! The inflammation has gone down and he is no longer in chronic pain. This was a lifesaver! He wears it everyday and recommended this bracket to anyone he meets with chronic pain. Amazing, thank you!

It is resizable using the enclosed tool if you have done it before. Otherwise you can do it. I am not sure it's working but like I said looks good, it is not that easy to operate the clasp.

After having a similar wrist bracelet that helped my carpal tunnel, I'm very hopeful that this will help a similar problem in my foot. For over 20 years I've been plagued with foot pain. I put it on but found it a bit tight. I contacted the company and they sent me extra links. From getting the anklet, for me I'd call it a ankle bracelet trying it for a day contacting the company for some extra links to getting them and inserting them using the tool that came with the original bracelet was less than a week. I think it looks pretty good and it seems to be pretty durable. I was worried what others would think of a guy wearing an anklet, I didn't have any problems while at the gym. I did get asked about it as I removed it in preparation of going into the sauna I wasn't sure if I should wear it in the sauna being metal, any way the couple was positive about it. Asking several questions, I told them that the bracelet comes with a tool that can be used to either removing links or adding them. They said that that they would get matching ones and they may not have to wait for company to send them extra links if they needed it as most likely they would need to remove links from hers they could add those links to his.

The product is great the tool to reinsert the PIN does not work at best almost useless slips off the PIN it's not at that exact right height needs to be remanufactured to fit the product takes at least 20 minutes or more to get the pin reinserted because the pin keeps slipping off the product installation tool

I tried this product because I have almost quit my career due to how much pain I am in daily with my ankles. I have diagnosed chronic bilateral ankle sprains. And the worst part is, my job is one that requires I stand for 10 hours, non-stop, 4 days a week. I work in surgery as a scrub tech. I have had the anklets for about 2 weeks now I think, and have noticed a huge difference in the reduction of pain that I have endeared the years before. I wear them over my compression socks and then I still sleep with a heating pad wrapped around my ankles, every night. So getting the anklets to help as well has just been awesome. Definately going to keep these!

I thought I was quite happy with this. I've been satisfied with the bracelet version; however, the anklet had numerous loose pins. Eventually, one fell out when u did not notice it and I lost the anklet. Going to buy another, but I think I will have to avoid this brand going forward! Very unhappy to have lost it.
