Works great!
I was struggling to spend $40 for a knight breech plug wrench. Found this one for $20 with free shipping. It work great on my 30 year old Knight LK-93. Plug and nipple hadn’t been out in 25 years. Still had powder and bullet in it. Plug came right out. Worked as it should.

Works with CVA in line rifle
I needed this tool to replace the percussion cap nipple which became defective either from rust or packed powder. No regular nipple wrench would reach and the location was too tight for pliers. Took this one out of the package and had the defective nipple out in seconds. Good tool.

Solid
Its steel and solid. Not worried about breaking it lol...and does the job with ease. Was simple not much to say about it Sept I needed it the way my bolt carrier frame is I needed a long tool to fit inside from the back

fits the rifle
My husband tried to use the tool to remove the breech plug from my 50Cal black powder rifle so that we could clean it, but it wouldn't come loose.

Does what it was designed to do.
Was easier and cheaper than finding a sporting goods/gun shop that had one in stock. Worked just as it should.

Beefy for the hard to remove nipples.
I needed to remove the nipple and breech plug from an In-line muzzleloader I was given. There were traces of rust next to the nipple. I tried to loosen the nipple to no avail. I looked up this beast and promptly ordered it.The shaft is a good 5/8" in diameter and has holes in either end to insert the supplied cross bar. It appears to be phosphated. The nipple gave with little force and after chucking the action in a vise and adding a longer cross bar, the breech plug gave as well.I think that without the tool I would have mangled the nipple and stripped the slot out of the breech plug before getting anything done.Overall a beefy tool for stubborn black powder rifle disassembly. Would recommend.

Doesn't work for any CVA I own
This was supposed to fit my muzzleloader, and I ordered it for an upcoming hunt. Got up there, oh no, tool doesn't fit my gun. As far as I can tell, it won't fit any model of CVA made in the last 5 years. I can use it on my friends muzzleloader, but not mine.Returning it was impossible too, I don't have a printer, so paid extra money to have a label shipped to me. Label never came, lost that money. Finally got the label emailed to someone who could print it, mailed it off, and it got returned in 1.5 weeks. Guess that's 28 bucks I'll never get back. Then the week after I bought it it went on sale, so that's salt in the wound.
