We are remodeling our bedroom. Painted the ceilings, walls and putting in new flooring. We wanted to also update our ceiling fan. The with Lights is a great update to the look and feel of the room. Now that is installed it looks great but it took hours to get it installed. The installation manual was not very helpful with the installation of the crystals. The large crystals at the very top had no information on how to install. I figured out that the silver pieces with the decorative centers must have to to bent and installed into the holes in the top tier. I bent the silver pieces in the shape of a “Z”. This also requires smaller hands, not what my wife calls mine, sausage fingers! The top of the silver clip has to be inserted into the hole. I then had to take a needlenose pliers and bend the end to secure it to the rail. After all the clips were secured the rectangle shaped crystals had to be put on the other end of the silver clip. Once it was on the end had to be bent up to secure the crystal. We put the top layer with the rectangle crystals on before attaching the light fixture to the parts of the fan already installed on the ceiling. Next we installed the three light bulbs, which we included although the product page says they are not. These are very nice LED bulbs. Keep the foam insert the fan parts are shipped in. We placed the light assembly on the foam piece so it would have clearance to install the long rectangle pieces. We did this on a table so if a crystal fell off it would not shatter. There is no way these crystals could have been installed on the ceiling fan. Once the rectangle crystals were installed and the bulbs installed we installed the light fixture on the ceiling fan. The remaining crystals 40+ had to be installed on the remaining three layers of rails. Thank goodness they were all the same size. The clips had to be opened a little bit to make it easier to install. These crystals installed rather quickly. Like only an hour! Once they are all installed, wow, it looks amazing! The DC motor works great. I have only had AC motors in every ceiling fan I have owned/installed in 40 years. This DC motor allows 6 speeds instead of the normal 3. I do not have to pull a chain for speed changes, just push the speed number on the remote. The best thing about a DC motor is to reverse it for winter I do not have to stand on the bed to flip a switch on the motor of the ceiling fan to reverse the speed. All I have to do is press the reverse button on the remote. This fan looks and operates better than any ceiling fan I have ever owned. I love this fan! It’s quiet and moves a lot of air. The chandelier is beautiful in person and throws great light. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and sturdy

Lots of pieces to assemble, the crew did a great job and it does look nice. Only problem is that if the power blips, it comes back on with the light on. It doesnt remember the mode it was in before the outage.

The fan is beautiful. However, I had to up the bulb wattage because my room was too dark. The crystals really impair how much light is given off by each bulb. There is something quirky with the remote I cannot turn off the light while the fan continues to spin. We are going to try changing out the remote at a later date. It was a beast to get installed. The remote control box would not fit into the ceiling which was a good thing considering it is not working correctly. If you are considering buying, do so with caution.

This fan is seriously beautiful and impressively efficient. The lighting is more than bright enough for my needs, and it offers three distinct airflow levels to suit any situation. The scheduling feature is also very easy to use, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, I absolutely love it and couldn’t be happier with my choice.

I am in love. This is the most elegant ceiling fan I have seen. It’s amazing it brings the level of the room up and adds a bit of class. It had a great price also.

Unfortunately after waiting a whole month to receive this, most of the parts in my order came in damaged. Also missing brass bolts that hold the blades in place. The crystals, broken and I’m unable to fix them due to the super cheap wires holding them on, being broken as well. Almost every part of this fan is either damaged or broken. The box was in perfect condition so the fan was shipped already damaged. Huge disappointment.

It’s beautiful! It’s worth the tedious effort of a few hours however this is the nicest lighting fan I’ve ever seen! Great quality beautiful colour and ornate features!

Very beautiful. Everything works fine, remote and all. The only thing that i am concerned about is the sound it makes when fan is turning “ clockwise”. Although, not a problem as long as it continues to work fine.
