When I received this pillow I saw that it could not be resold if the seal was broken. That made me hesitate. How could I assess the item if I did not break the seal? I decided that it was the manufacturer's choice whether or not they could resell the item through Amazon or another outlet.I liked the leaflet in the box. It was helpful showing how a person's airway would be affected by the height of the pillow. This made me realise I needed to lower pillow this pillow.Having read in another review that the popper often pulls and damages the cover, I was particularly careful to prize the popper open carefully. The cover came off with no problems. I removed the large separate sheet of foam.There was a slight smell coming from the foam after airing.I chose the Queen size pillow. The whole pillow would just fit inside a large non standard pillow case.But unfortuanately it did not fit in a smaller standard size pillow case which matched my duvet cover.I have since tried a slightly smaller Rummy pillow & this nicely fits inside the pillow case matching my duvet cover so it seems hidden. It is also much easier to alter the pillow height - just turn the pillow round!The real test came next - how would the Elviros pillow improve my sleep? Unfortunately, after a night it did not make much difference. I decided to try the Rummy pillow a bit longer, and to return the Elviros. I think that the deeper dip in the middle of the Rummy pillow may be helpful. There was no problem arranging a return.

Tried pillow on my head when it arrived and found it high to my liking but this pillow is not adjustable so I returned it the next day with a plan of ordering one that's adjustable in queen size.I wish I sleep on it as it now worries me that because of my small frame my head might not fit in where it should be which might cause discomfort. One buyer mentioned it on her review.I really like the pillow and hope that the new one I'm buying would be better for me. Will see.

I really did not think that this was going to work but after one night pain I had in my right side of the neck went last night I got my all-pillar back out let's say big mistake pains back in my neck only thing bad about this is it not any good to sit up in bed with all in all very happy

I'm having an issue where I sleep on my side with my chin on my chest. It's interfering with my clear breathing. I wanted a pillow that would force an upward chin tilt. How specific!This pillow definitely is helping with that. The depth of the pillow and tilt down to the centre keeps my head in position and helps to keep my breathing easy.But. Omg it's firm. I've been using another memory foam pillow for a while so it's not like I'm still transitioning to memory foam. Still, I wake up in the morning feeling like I've slept on a foam brick. Neck is stiff. It's like trading off one problem for another.When your head hits this pillow, you don't feel like, ahhhhh, I've arrived at my delicious bedtime. You feel like, oh, you again. Well. You're the best I've got for now.It's not too expensive so it's worth a shot especially if you're used to a firm pillow. It's well made, doesn't need to off-gas and is the deepest pillow I've ever used in terms of neck support which is awesome. If you rotate the pillow 180 degrees you can have a different level of support. Sometimes the lower side feels like a neck vacation. It's just so bizarre.Definitely feels like a prescription pillow as opposed to an indulgence.

I am experimenting with the two layers and I find it quite a lot of relief for my painful neck. It’s certainly an interesting design. Time will tell if it has lasting merit but so far, so good.

I have now bought 2 of these pillows, they are very supportive for my neck, as the shape, firmness, and height are perfect for me as a larger person, with sleep apnea. However, the height is adjustable, so someone with less body mass would be able to adjust to meet their needs. I definitely sleep very well on this pillow. They are excellent value for money, and I highly recommend this pillow.

I got the queen size so it was the size of a normal pillow. The materials and build I found to be quite good quality, and as a pillow it was comfortable to lie on, and a good height adjustment option. However the ear hole is in the middle of the pillow which was no where near where my ear is and so of no use. Your head would have to be twice the size of my not small head. However I could see its potential, so I dismantled it and took a pair of scissors to the "back/non neck extension" edge and removed around 3 inches of the foam. This made the cover a little baggy but otherwise fitted my head and ear correctly. As a result this worked very well for me and I can now sleep with my ear pods in without pain. Maybe the smaller pillow option would have been better for me but I don't like sending things back, as it would only be thrown away.
