I am just grateful they responded so quickly!!I bought this for my son for his birthday second day in the middle of as the kids Call a “shootout” and it completely stopped shooting the battery was fully charged nothing was clogged the gels were soaked for the correct amount of time and where are the correct size and it just stopped working I emailed the company have yet to receive a response if I receive a response I will update this review but otherwise the gun no longer works.Stopped working within two daysThe gun looks Awesome and when it did shoot it was fast. You can place the gun itself in the light it will glow on its own same with the gel and when you put them in the gun the gun actually activates them also and you can see it happen in the gun because it’s translucent so this is a wicked cool product if it didn’t stop working so I’m hoping I can update the review to five stars if customer service reaches back out

Ordered this for my 10 year old son and he love the fact that it came with a beam and lots of gel bullets. The gel blaster worked for about 2 hours then afterwards it just stopped shooting. I think maybe we received a defective one. I contacted the support team by email and they quickly responded back to me. They are sending a new product to my son he should be receiving it soon. Overall I still rate this product a 5 star. Very satisfied

Purchased 3 of these guns for our family for Christmas. Had an issue with one of the guns but I got in touch with customer service and they are very helpful. Kids had a blast (literally) 🤣. A few of the kids had another brand of blaster but this one (fluorspar) was superior to the other. Accuracy and fire speed is ON POINT! It even comes with a laser and extra ammo containers which the other brand didn’t have. My husband enjoyed watching the kids play and now we are planning on having blaster weekends for the kids! Our extended family even asked what kind of blaster we had and we happily told them the brand. Looking forward to many memorable weekends with these blasters! 👍🏽👍🏽

My 9 yr old son loves this. His favorite feature is the glow in the dark. His only complaint is that he had to wait a few hours waiting on the orbs to expand. He's been using it a wk and the gun hasnt been broken yet. It comes with 2 containers to hold the orbs in and he already broke one. That's my concern. If he breaks the other, he cant use it. The charger is weird so if you lose it then good luck finding another.

Bought 2 blaster guns for my boys and they LOVE them. It's great that the guns are rechargeable and glows at night. We were disappointed that the front barrel of the guns broke off after couple months. However, the company was able to replace it since it was under warranty. Overall, great product and great customer service. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a gel blaster gun.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a birthday gift and it stopped working after using it about three times.We charged it a full night, put new Orbeez in it and it still does not work.It was very fun to use while it lasted but wouldn’t buy it again.Not sure where all the 4-5 star ratings are coming from if this only last you a couple play times.Super bummed!

Got two for my granddaughter and her friend. Not like the original one she has. They say they hurt when there hit with gel balls if there to close. I think they need padding like they were playing with paint ball guns. So maybe little too strong. Their only eleven.
