Solid part
I have a big head, and so these brackets break on my headphones every few years. Easy to replace, all the parts included in the kit. Thanks

Worth the money
I know they are pricey but still 5/5 for refreshing my favorite headphones.

Works as Expected
Fits my DT 990's well. My replacement parts came in perfect condition. The image for this product is blurry, but here is actually the cool design on the side of the slider. Each side was simple and relatively easy to install. The slide isn't as smooth as it was before, but may need warn-in. "Made in Germany" badged on the inside. I think it's questionable Beyer Dynamic designed this piece like this to be so easy to break, but the replacement parts are good for now.

Direct OEM replacement parts
I bought this kit to fix my DT 770 Pro X headphones which had broken sliders on both sides. These are a different style than the (older) originals on mine, but that didn't bother me at all, as they are still OEM replacement parts and they worked perfectly.

Damaged Product Replaced - Great Service
When I ordered my first kit, one of the slider pieces was completely melted and unusable; it was not the piece i needed for my headphones luckily, but i was disappointed that I would not be able to use that piece for future repairs. The rest of the kit was great and my headphones were repaired. I contacted the seller and explained the situation and they sent me a fresh kit without needing to return the first. Really good service!

Used. No Instructions. Non-standard Torx screws.
The $30 pieces of plastic I bought came with scuff marks all over it. No instruction booklet at all. When I went to screw in the things I realized it's a Torx screw, which requires a special type of screwdriver. The main reason I bought these headphones was the esteemed repairability, quality, and sturdiness. However, it's disheartening to say that the company seems to barley support these aspects. These parts ARE very overpriced in exchange for "legitimacy", but to charge SO much AND not bother with basic instructions or a cheap Torx screwdriver to help customers that even the worst products from China provide?.... It's all just kind of insulting.

Fit perfectly
I somehow managed to shatter the old sliders on my DT770 pro's and these were a perfect replacement. It took me 15 minutes and the headphones feel much stiffer (in a good way.) Not that I care but they also have the updated Beyerdynamic logo, which is nice. It remains to be seen if they can last the year and a half (hopefully longer) that the other pair did, but it's nice to see replacement parts for expensive headphones like these.

Low durability
The look right but can be a pain in the butt to screw on, and they crack and break pretty easily, making me buy another replacement set. TDLR: low durability and assembly can be annoying if you don't have another set of hands to keep everything in place

Nice that I didn't have to replace an entire headset for a broken slider after 4 years of use. Still going strong on the DT990 Pro 80 Ohms. The repair itself was slightly tedious but I was on my couch and not anywhere productive where a clamp would have been useful.
