WELBUDA Gymnema Sylvestre Capsules - Super Extract Supplement - 150 Counts for 5 Months

I was taking this product and was just starting to enjoy the positive effects, I had bought one bottle and split it with my Husband! We had enjoyed it for 2 mo but to my HORROR it was no longer available!!! I bought an "alternative" that only had Gymnema S.. My blood sugars went up, pain in my joints increased, and my energy went down!! I kept looking for an alternative... Then one day it was BACK!! I bought 2 bottles. It has only been 6 days and my Blood Sugars have been dropping and yesterday and today no afternoon nap needed!! I recommend this to all my friends! If you have DMII try it!

These capsules are bigger and make it harder for me to swallow. They are not average sized capsules.

I used this product to help with my energy levels and sleep. I find myself sleeping better and waking with energy to take on the day ahead!

Es excelente para mantener mi azúcar en niveles normales, sólo utilizo este suplemento 2 pastillas 3 veces al día con mis comidas y me va excelente. Muy recomendado y con una dieta balanceada, yo hago mis comidas y también cuando deseo me como mis postres.

I've heard a lot of good things about this supplement. Hopefully it lives up to it.

I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons: 1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them. 2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results. 3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other. 4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements. So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results: Helps with my inflammation

I came cross this product after finding about Gymnema sylvestre. Having basil and neem leaf extracts was a bonus and to top it off all natural ingredients. Looking forward to see the benefits.

The ingredients look good however the stuff looked dodgy. I would suggest buying elsewhere.
