Excellent product and customer service
No issues. Ive had the same dog water fountain for 3-4 years. No problems getting replacement filters or any parts.

Must Have Product
This is a great product. Quality, design, fit, and functionality are a big plus. Easy to replace, which makes the water stay clean longer. If you are a cat owner and/or lover you will greatly appreciate these replacement filters for your cat's drinking water. This are on my purchase again list.

Great quality. The filters keep the water clear. My cat has drank her water more after I got the fountain, these filters make it easier to maintain and they are always in stock.

These are as good quality as the name brand and they cost considerably less. Plus they instruct you to change the filter every 4 weeks, while the name brand said to change them every week. This will save me quite a bit of money over the long-term.

My cat loves it, love the way the top fits so my large cat is unable to head but it off like some other pet water fountains water flow just about right I wish I could reduce the flow just a little bit but there is no way to reduce it
